A gentleman’s 9ct gold cased keyless lever open-face pocket watch, the circular white enamel dial, 43mm diameter with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, signed ‘Zenith’ and with retailer ‘Wm Bruford & Son Ltd, Exeter’, the movement with backplate inscribed ‘Swiss made Zenith 2848455’, the hallmarked gold dust cover inscribed ‘Harold Tanner June 6th 1936’ numbered ‘320152’, the plain outer case similarly numbered and with 9ct gold import hallmarks for Glasgow 1928, 50mm diameter of case, 75.2gms gross weight.
