Diamond floral spray brooch set in platinum circa 1955.
A mid 20th platinum and diamond floral spray brooch with single large flower head. The principal rosette-shaped flower head is set with a central round brilliant-cut diamond estimated to weigh 0.70cts which is assessed as possibly K colour and VS clarity. The looped petal surround, stems, leaves and smaller flower heads are set throughout with brilliant, baguette and single-cut diamonds in claw and pavé settings. These smaller diamonds are estimated to weight a total of 4.5cts and are assessed as possibly G/H colour, VS clarity. The brooch is not struck with stamps, control marks or hallmarks. It is 66mm long, weighs 23.7gms gross weight and was made circa 1955.
This brooch is in very good condition without damage or repair.
