Early 20th century gold, heart shaped opal DEAREST pendant

An early 20th century gold, heart shaped opal DEAREST pendant. With a central heart-shaped opal 7.7mm long x 6.5mm wide in claw setting, suspended within a heart-shaped frame. The frame set with seven small circular gem stones with initial letters spelling ‘Dearest’, including Diamond, Emerald, Amethyst, Ruby, Emerald Sapphire and Topaz, 9.3mm wide overall. 2.2gms gross weight.

N.B. One small green stone is glass, not emerald.
