Fine sapphire diamond brooch with 6.5ct sapphire. The cushion-shaped sapphire 13.7mm long x 11.3mm wide x 5.8mm deep, weighing 8.58cts of attractive blue claw-set within a frame of twelve round old brilliant-cut diamonds. The diamonds each approximately 5.0mm diameter and estimated to weigh a total of 6.0cts in millegrain collet settings. 10.3gms gross weight.

The sapphire was examined by Gemmological Certification Services confirming that it is Sri Lankan origin with no indications of heating.
