1930s Topaz tear drop pendant. The tear-drop topaz 30mm long x 15mm estimated to weigh 20cts suspended from a small diamond-set hanger. Contained in original fitted case together with a platinum chain link necklace, 39cm 15 1/4″ long. 7.6gms gross weight.
