A George III antique silver cream or sugar pail, engraved with crest of an armoured arm holding a dagger, pierced and bright-cut with a squirrel, a bird and a dog amongst scrolling foliage with gadroon edging, rope twist swing handle and blue glass liner, 75mm diameter of bowl, 6cm height to rim of bowl, 10cm height to upright swing handle, makers mark F.S for Francis Spilsbury II, London 1771, 78.5gms, 2.5ozt, weight of silver.
