Antique gold Moonstone pendant cross c1840.

An antique gold and moonstone pendant cross. The canetille filigree gold pendant inset with 8 round and oval moonstones. The two larger oval moonstones 24mm x 10mm and 24mm x 9mm respectively. The pendant 67mm wide x 94mm long, circa 1840, 22.3gms. All moonstones appear in good condition, no chips or damage. Small areas of filigree gold are missing. Upper section with restoration/repair, strengthened by small panels soldered onto reverse. Please see close-up photographs attached.
